Video Visitation – Remote

Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center (MPRSC) understands and recognizes the value of family and friend connection during incarceration.  MPRSC has established two video visitation options for family and friends to utilize. Middle Peninsula Regional Security Center has partnered with Securus.

Traveling to MPRSC to visit a member of your family or a friend can be difficult for some.  From trying to find a ride, money spent on gas, the time spent driving to and from the facility and then waiting in line.  MPRSC now provides Securus Video Connect Anywhere, this allows you to visit with your incarcerated loved one from home, library, office, or anywhere with an internet access from your Android or Apple smartphone, tablet or computer with webcam.

To create a Securus Online Account please click on the below link and follow the user-friendly prompts.  If you are enrolling with a computer, make sure you have a webcam to take a picture of a government issues photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).  You will receive an email once your account is approved.

Once Approved, log in to your Securus Online Account, select “Schedule a Visit” and follow the step to schedule your anywhere visit.  The video connect system allows you to schedule times specifically when your loved one is available.

On the day of your scheduled visit, make sure you log in to your account online or via Mobile app 15 minutes prior to the start time of the visit.

***No Nudity will be allowed during the visit. Violators will be suspended from visitation.***

**All visits, excluding professional visits, are monitored and are recorded. **
