Inmate Property
Inmates are provided with the basic essentials such as clothing, bedding, shower shoes and three
(3) meals a day. Inmates may purchase items from the canteen list provided to them for other
essentials. Inmates who are indigent, (no money available), will be furnished with basic hygiene

Inmate Money
Money received to be deposited to the Inmate's account will be in the form of money orders,
cashier's checks or certified checks. Inmate's name will be printed on all money orders, cashier's

Inmate Telephones
Inmates will not use the facility telephones. All communication will be made through telephones
located in housing areas. Inmate's have access to phones from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. More . . .
Inmate Mail
All mail received will be opened and inspected. Inmate mail will not be read or censored unless
there is reason to believe it is being used for illegal purposes, threatens the safety and/or security
of the facility, threatens the safety of a public official or any other person(s) or is believed to be in
direct violation of facility policies. More . . .
Inmate Programs
The facility offers various types of programs for Inmate's, including Group Programs, Community
Programs, and Work Release Programs. More . . .
Religious Services
Inmates are allowed free exercise of religious belief and a reasonable opportunity to practice their

Inmate Fees
Fees are assessed for various items such as Medical Co-pays, Home Electronic Incarceration,
